How do I begin working with you?

Firstly, fill in our contact form to log your details with us, you can do this through our website or social media channels. We will then conduct a short 1-1 meeting, either in person if suitable or by Zoom. During this we will discuss your investment criteria and if we think we can help you, we will formally sign you up and begin sending you opportunities.
Where location(s) do you invest in?

We actively source deals in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas such as West Lothian, we can also cover parts of Fife.
How do I secure one of your deals?

This is purely first come first served basis. if you would like to secure one of our deals, get in touch through one of our official communication methods and let us know.
Where are you currently sourcing properties?

At the moment we are focussing on West Lothian. There are a number of desirable areas with high rental demand and there is potential for significant capital growth if bought right.
